The Good Day Glendale team
If you bleed cardinal red, here's the quarterback news: Arizona is finalizing a trade that would send Jacoby Brissett to the Baltimore Ravens, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Wednesday. What the Cardinals get back hasn't been reported, and the deal is expected to be completed this weekend. Schefter wrote that Brissett is expected to debut in Week 10 on Monday Night Football against the Chargers.
Brissett was benched in the third quarter Sunday in Dallas. Trailing 17-3, Arizona turned to Gardner Minshew, who led a 33-30 overtime comeback. Coach Mike LaFleur then named Minshew the starter and promoted rookie Carson Beck to backup, demoting Brissett to third string.
