ADOT closed the eastbound Loop 101 off-ramp at 27th Avenue Monday night to repair it as part of a $140 million project that began in September 2024 to widen Loop 101 between I-17 and 75th Avenue — drivers should use the 35th Avenue exit or take Union Hills Drive to reach 27th Avenue, and the ramp will reopen in late September. The project will add lanes, widen bridges, install new freeway lighting, and resurface pavement, with work set to finish in spring.
