Ready to master the back bend kickover and back walkover? Join us for an exciting and intensive BB kickover/Walkover Clinic! This one-hour workshop is designed for gymnasts aged 7 and older who want to enhance their skills, whether they’re just starting or looking to perfect their technique.

Our experienced coaches will provide personalized instruction and focused drills to improve strength, flexibility, and confidence. Participants will work on both foundational skills and advanced techniques, ensuring they leave with a clearer understanding of how to achieve and maintain proper form.

What to Wear & Bring

For Clinics, students should wear either a leotard or comfortable athletic attire that allows them to move freely. Please avoid clothing with buttons, zippers, or snaps, as these can be uncomfortable and unsafe during activity. Hair should be pulled back securely out of the face. Students will participate barefoot, so they can arrive in any type of shoes. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during Clinics!
