Heated Flow

About this event

This is a challenging, fluid, hot yoga practice. The postures are linked with the breath in downward-upward dog flow sequences, creating a seamless and dynamic rhythm. You'll move through a variety of asanas designed to enhance strength, mobility, and body-breath awareness while cultivating focus and endurance. This class is heated to a maximum of 90 degrees with no extra humidity, providing warmth to support flexibility without overwhelming intensity. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or deepen each pose.
