- ➤ The Arizona Chapter National Safety Council has updated Alive at 25, a four-hour driver safety course for teens and young adults that teaches safe driving habits. Launched in Glendale in 2022, the program expanded in 2025 to include seven Tolleson Union High School District campuses + will grow further. Glendale Independent

- ➤ Luke Air Force Base (named after WWI pilot Frank Luke) has evolved from training WWII pilots to hosting air shows and presidential visits. The base recently welcomed its fifth F-35 Lighting II jet and expects 144 more over the next decade. The Arizona Republic
