- ➤ Many residents trying to attend a vigil for conservative activist Charlie Kirk at State Farm Stadium were blocked by severe traffic jams that lasted for hours—some abandoned their cars and hiked four miles to try and reach the event, while many turned back by 8:30 a.m. Glendale Independent

- ➤ At a memorial held inside State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Erika Kirk said she forgave Tyler Robinson — the 22-year-old accused of killing her husband on Sept 10 — even as Utah County Attorney General Jeff Gray announced that state prosecutors would soon seek the death penalty. CW7 Arizona
