Glendale Works partners with Phoenix Rescue Mission to pay homeless workers $76 for 5.5 hours of cleaning parks and the landfill while offering help with housing, job training, and vital documents (IDs, Social Security cards, and birth certificates), and the program has helped 112 people secure housing since 2018.
