- ➤ At a Sept 9 workshop, Glendale City Council laid out guidelines for a future ordinance on electric bikes and scooters—if consensus holds, riders of scooters must be at least 12 years old. Glendale Independent
- ➤ Glendale will hold a special bond election on Nov. 4 where residents will vote on two measures: one for up to $30 million to improve flood control and one for up to $35 million to fix city operations facilities such as the Field Operations Complex.
