- ➤ Powerful monsoon storms are moving through the Valley, dropping heavy rains, thunder, dust, and lightning that have knocked out power for about 4,300 customers and caused a ground stop at Phoenix Sky Harbor—outdoor plans may be further affected as the storms continue later in the week. ABC 15
