Cactus Road, Suite B-107 offering non-surgical treatments and Bunzee Burgers and Wings opened this spring at 8024 N. 51st Ave serving burgers, wings, wraps and Halal food. The Sandwich Spot will have its grand opening on Saturday, Sept. 13 at 17045 N. 59th Ave while Hot Topic reopened its expanded flagship from Aug. 2-3 and Red Zone Sports Grill rebranded after a ribbon cutting on Aug. 1—adding to several new business moves in Glendale. - ➤ Johnathan Smith “The Reality Twister” will perform at Stir Crazy Comedy Club — at 6751 N. Sunset Blvd. Ste E-206 in the Westgate Entertainment District — at 7 p.m. on Sept. 21 where his unscripted show of comedy, hypnosis and mentalism will feature audience participation and an opening act by newcomer Dan Diego with tickets at $20 or $30 for VIP access. - ➤ Today, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved a settlement regarding federal-only voters by a 4—1 vote in the Strong Communities v. Richer case and cleared the way for the County Recorder to request DHS data. Maricopa County

- ➤ Jay Hastings was named Fan of the Year last November and he continues to support the Arizona Cardinals as the team trims its roster to 53 players ahead of the regular season — he is known for his tailgate parties and travels to 27 away stadiums to cheer the team on. Glendale Independent
