- ➤ Glendale City Council returns from its summer break and will hold a busy workshop with a voting session tomorrow. Three of the four agenda items will consider updating current ordinances and possibly creating new rules for e-bikes and e-scooters — including ride zones and a minimum age requirement — as the council works on city code changes.
