- ➤ Volunteers counted 169 unsheltered individuals on January 29, marking a nearly 20% drop from the previous count of 211 and the lowest total since 2017. - ➤ HTeaO, a national iced tea franchise, will open its first Arizona location in Glendale this week in the Westgate Entertainment District near 91st and Glendale avenues — the shop will offer free tea from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday with shirts and stickers for the first 250 customers.
