- ➤ Glendale Police said that on Saturday, June 21, an SUV accidentally drove into a Fresenius Kidney Care dialysis center on W. Peoria Ave.—injuring two patients and one staff member who were taken to the hospital while the driver, a patient arriving for treatment, was not charged. AZ Family

Agnes Adams of Yond Institute of Learning in Goodyear won the $10,000 Arizona Financial Kelvin Smith Small Business Grant while Michelle Fort of Holy Hands Painters in Glendale and Darlene Little of Small World Trade and Travel from Phoenix received second and third place awards.
