West Valley residents say that Luke Air Force Base jets disturb their neighborhoods about 25 times during the day and roughly 20 times at night until after 11 p.m. The base has ample training land to the west—yet it still uses a flight path over homes, leaving locals to ask who approved the route.

The Maricopa County Home and Landscape Show will run at State Farm Stadium in Glendale from July 11 to July 13, offering over 1,000 exhibit booths with deals on cabinetry, flooring, solar, windows and more.

Attendees will join seminars, gardening workshops and a backpack drive to support local students—ticket prices vary by age and time of day.
