- ➤ Authorities identified Javayah Shecole Burkett (18) of Glendale as the wrong-way driver who died in an early Wednesday crash on Interstate 17 near Seventh Avenue after colliding with a pickup truck driven by a 53-year-old man from Tolleson who sustained non life-threatening injuries, while investigators continue to determine if impairment was a factor.
