- ➤ APS has proposed a 14% rate hike for residential customers (adding about $20 per month) after wrapping up its public comment stage, and Attorney General Kris Mayes (the first to intervene in a utility rate case) blamed data centers for driving rising infrastructure costs in Arizona. KTAR
