- ➤ Maricopa County supervisors approved a $36 billion, 2-million-sqft data center project one mile north of Luke Air Force Base, and Glendale’s Development Services Director Randy Huggins said it will use electric cooling and on-site natural gas power with annexation and zoning phases to follow over the coming weeks.
