- ➤ Today, security guard Morris Gary Hibbitt (51) from Avondale was sentenced to 13 months in prison with a 10-year supervised release after pleading guilty on July 17th, 2024 to sexually abusing a female inmate at the Behavioral Systems Southwest (BSS) facility in Phoenix on May 21st, 2023 and he will need to register as a sex offender.
