- ➤ Stage Left Productions opened its new theater at 5930 W. Greenway Road in Glendale to show its third 2025 play, 'Truce.' The original play by artistic director Cody Dull started last weekend and will run until April 27 with 7 p.m. evening shows plus matinees on April 13, 18 and 27. Glendale Independent

- ➤ Glendale Community College celebrated its 60th anniversary on April 1, where hundreds of students, staff & community members gathered to honor the milestone. Mayor Jerry P. - ➤ Glendale voters will decide in May on Propositions 401 and 402 that will change zoning rules to advance the VAI Resort project—a multi-million-dollar development expected to create over 2,000 jobs and boost local tax revenue over 25 years. Local business leaders and elected officials lead the Yes for Glendale campaign urging residents to vote yes on plans that include an 11,000-seat amphitheater, 1,100 hotel rooms and various dining and entertainment options near Westgate Entertainment Complex.
