- ➤ Glendale will replace its residential and commercial water meters with advanced metering infrastructure as a pilot for ultrasonic meters is set to begin later this year; customers with older meters may see bills rise 3 to 6 percent, and the City Council will vote on three related contracts on March 24 (Ron Serio heads Water Services).
