Glendale is inviting residents to offer ideas for improving the Thunderbird Paseo Trail.

Feedback is accepted through March 31 and will help shape the route that runs from 73rd Avenue south of Bell Road to 51st Avenue and Cactus Road (linking to trails in Peoria and northern Glendale).

Glendale will replace its residential and commercial water meters with advanced metering infrastructure as a pilot for ultrasonic meters is set to begin later this year; customers with older meters may see bills rise 3 to 6 percent, and the City Council will vote on three related contracts on March 24 (Ron Serio heads Water Services).
