About this event
Restorative yoga uses props to allow the body to hold poses for an extended period of time. Coupled with yoga nidra this practice allows for deep relaxation that reduces stress, improves sleep quality, enhances well-being, increases flexibility and range of motion and supports the body’s natural healing process.
