About this event
This 90-minute intermediate class is designed for those who have mastered basic pole techniques and are looking to elevate themselves with more advanced combinations. Students will learn more complex grips, spins transitions and begin to add inversions and inverted tricks to their combinations. PREREQUISITE: All climbs, pole sit, invert from ground, crucifix, chopper, leg hangs, jasmine, genie.
