iChoose Yoga A unique 65-minute set sequence of yoga postures that blends traditional postures and Vinyasa flow in a dimly-lit, heated and humidified room. The series develops organically, is set to carefully selected music, and is led through verbal cues and demonstration. In this breath-centered practice, students have the opportunity for a powerful inward journey that will strengthen the body and mind. Modifications are offered, allowing students to personalize the practice for their individual needs. This class is open to all levels.
