As we move toward the end of the year, we're inviting you to slow down, reflect, and create space for more peace, joy, and possibility in your life.

Join us for an intimate 90-minute gathering focused on self-healing, intentional release, and meaningful community connection.

Together, we'll explore how letting go of old patterns, beliefs, emotions, and expectations can create room for something new.

During our time together, we'll explore:

• Gentle practices to help release stress and tension

• Self-healing tools to support your mind, body, and nervous system

• Personal reflections on the power of letting go

• Meaningful conversations and community connection

• Simple practices you can carry into your everyday life

This is a welcoming space to come as you are, connect with others, and explore what you're ready to release and what you'd like to welcome into your life.
