About this event
A crowd-favorite 60-minute hybrid session designed to start your Saturday on a high note. Featuring 4 pods and 12 functional stations, members complete four sets at each station before joining their pod for a signature 4-minute team erg relay. It combines high-volume resistance work with a competitive, aerobic team-based finish to each pod, bringing energy, teamwork and plenty of Saturday atmosphere.
